SCOTUS Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson Asserts That Roe Is 'Settled Law'

Wade and another major abortion case "settled law," adding they have been "reaffirmed" by the nation's highest court multiple times and are "binding." Jackson made the comments during the opening day of questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is expected to vote on her nomination in the coming days before sending it to the full body. President Biden nominated her to replace the retiring Stephen Breyer. Jackson's remarks about Roe are similar to those made by Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett in their Senate hearings. Colorado Passes Controversial Bill Declaring the Fetus 'Does Not Have Independent' Rights

 By Michael Foust - Posted at Christian Headlines: A controversial Colorado bill that would legalize abortion for all nine months of pregnancy and that declares the fetus has no rights passed the state House of Representatives Tuesday. The bill , known by supporters as the Reproductive Health Quality Act (HB 1279), declares abortion a “fundamental right” and notes that the U.S. Supreme Court could overturn Roe v. Wade in the coming months. It passed the state House Tuesday, 40-24. Northern Ireland Passes Bill at 'Consideration Stage' to Outlaw Offers to Help Pregnant Moms Outside of Abortuaries

The psalmist in Psalm 22:16 speaks of those who crucified the Messiah, the Lord Jesus, as being, ‘the assembly of the wicked’ Surely there is no better illustration of an assembly of wickedness than that which sits on the hill at Stormont. On Wednesday 2nd March, the Stormont Assembly passed at consideration stage, a bill that will criminalise anyone who offers help and support to pregnant mothers outside abortion clinics, a burden placed upon Christians in Proverbs 24:11 where we are commanded to ‘Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.’ Even praying outside such a centre of wickedness is now outlawed.
